Registered Nurse
Qualified, patient, loving, and low-keyed nurses are instrumental to the recovery process of our infants.  At least one full year of nursing experience required and preferably in neonatal/pediatrics. Must be passionate about newborns and able to prioritize patient needs and use sound nursing discretion. Also must work well with moms helping them through addiction recovery. Good teaching skills required. Must have current BLS and CPR credentials. 
Certified Nurse Assistant
Certification must be presented with completed application.  Our CNAs are an essential part of StillWaters.  They provide the same nurturing care as RN including feeding, bathing, and assessing infant. One year experience required and preferably with neonates. Must be able to time manage and provide low-stimulating environment.
All volunteers will be trained in NAS signs and symptoms along with therapeutic handling and low-stimulus care.  Our volunteers are compassionate and hard working.  Every volunteer is  submitted to a background check and thoroughly screened.  Also, must have all current vaccinations and negative TB test result. We rely on our volunteers a great deal and welcome all who are interested in applying.
